Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- A delegation of Uzbekistan led by Deputy Foreign Minister Furkat Sidikov will visit Iran on 7-10 March. It was reported by Dunyo news agency.

The delegation of Uzbekistan will take part in the sixth round of inter-MFA political consultations and will take part in a number of meetings and negotiations with officials and business representatives.

The negotiations are expected to be held at the Secretariat of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO).

It is planned that the parties will discuss the state and prospects of bilateral cooperation, proposals for enhancing political dialogue and inter-parliamentary ties, strengthening trade, economic, investment, financial and technical cooperation, intensifying cultural and humanitarian exchanges.
