Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The State Health Insurance Fund of Uzbekistan received 27.09 trillion soums in transfers during the first nine months of 2026, the Ministry of Economy and Finance of Uzbekistan said.

Of this amount, 1.37 trillion soums was allocated from the republican budget for specialised and high-tech medical services. The remaining 25.72 trillion soums was distributed among the regions.

Samarkand Region received the largest amount at 3.05 trillion soums, followed by Ferghana Region with 2.78 trillion soums, Andijan Region with 2.31 trillion soums, Tashkent Region with 2.1 trillion soums, Kashkadarya Region with 2.08 trillion soums and Namangan Region with 2.03 trillion soums.

Tashkent received 1.83 trillion soums, while Surkhandarya Region was allocated 1.78 trillion soums, Bukhara Region 1.68 trillion soums, the Republic of Karakalpakstan 1.65 trillion soums and Khorezm Region 1.39 trillion soums.

The smallest allocations went to Jizzakh Region at 1.13 trillion soums, Navoi Region at 1.12 trillion soums and Syrdarya Region at 801.2 billion soums.
