Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The volume of market services provided in Uzbekistan increased by 17% in real terms in January-August 2026 compared with the same period last year.
The highest growth rates were recorded in Navoi Region and Tashkent, according to the National Statistics Committee.
Market services in Navoi Region grew by 18.5%, while the capital recorded growth of 18.4%. In Syrdarya Region, the figure increased by 17.7%.
Growth of 17.6% was recorded in Andijan, Jizzakh, Surkhandarya and Khorezm regions.
The volume of services provided rose by 17.2% in Bukhara Region and by 17.1% in Kashkadarya and Samarkand regions.
Growth reached 16.8% in Namangan Region and 16.4% in the Republic of Karakalpakstan.
The lowest growth rates among the regions were recorded in Ferghana and Tashkent regions, at 16.3% each.
