Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- A delegation led by the Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of the People’s Republic of China, Chairman of the National Cultural Heritage Administration of China, Mr. Li Chun, visited the Silk Road International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage.

The high-ranking guests were met by the Chairman of the Tourism Committee Umid Shadiev and the first Vice-Rector for Academic Affairs of the University Juliboy Eltazarov.

At the meeting, Chairman of the Tourism Committee U. Shadiev emphasized the ongoing work to develop tourism potential between the two countries and that in the future it is important to attract more Chinese specialists to train personnel and improve their skills.

The guests of the delegation got acquainted with the conditions created at the International University of Tourism and Cultural Heritage "Silk Road". At the same time, Mr. Li Chun noted that the Chinese Government is ready to further develop cooperation with Uzbekistan.
