Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia discuss issues of developing trade and economic ties

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- A meeting was held at the Embassy of Uzbekistan with the Deputy Chairman of the Saudi-Uzbek Business Council, Bashir al-Ghuraid.

According to Dunyo news agency, issues of attracting large Saudi Arabian companies to invest in projects in Uzbekistan and increase the volume of mutual trade were discussed.

Bashir al-Ghuraid reported on the growing interest of Saudi Arabian companies in Uzbek projects.

Ambassador Ulugbek Maksudov announced plans to organize meetings with representatives of large Saudi Arabian companies as part of political consultations.

New investment projects in various areas were presented.
