Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Thirteen craftsmen from Uzbekistan took part in the international Craft Istanbul 2026 exhibition, held in Istanbul from 1 to 4 October.

Uzbek masters presented examples of national decorative and applied arts and introduced international visitors to the traditions of handicraft production.

The exhibition featured works across various fields, including pottery, embroidery, jewelry and national textiles.

The participation of Uzbek craftsmen was aimed at promoting national handicraft traditions abroad, presenting the work of local artisans to an international audience and establishing new partnerships.

The exhibition also provided a platform for showcasing the combination of traditional national heritage and modern creative approaches by Uzbek craftsmen.
