Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The Consulate General of Uzbekistan facilitated a meeting between Zikriyokhon Mamatov, export manager of an Uzbek hygiene product manufacturer, and Dilnoza Tapvaldiyeva, vice president of Kyrgyz company "Datka Holding," held in the Kokand Free Economic Zone. The meeting aimed to discuss the prospects of exporting Uzbek products to Kyrgyzstan.

Mamatov showcased the company’s products, emphasizing their high quality and competitiveness in the Uzbek market. He expressed interest in expanding the company’s market presence and entering the Kyrgyz market.

Tapvaldiyeva provided insights into the Kyrgyz market, including regulatory requirements, taxation, and incentives for foreign investors. The parties discussed plans to establish a branch of the Uzbek company in Kyrgyzstan, open retail outlets in cities such as Osh, Jalal-Abad, Uzgen, and Kyzyl-Kiya, and lease warehouse facilities.

As a result of the discussions, an agreement was reached for "Datka Holding" to offer practical assistance in registering the Uzbek enterprise in Kyrgyzstan and supporting its future operations. This development highlights the growing business and export collaboration between Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan.
