Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Large enterprises in Uzbekistan produced electrical equipment worth 17.9 trillion soums in January–July 2026.

Production increased by 19.3% compared with the same period in 2025, the National Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan said.

The largest share of output came from Tashkent city, where electrical equipment worth 9.8 trillion soums was produced.

Tashkent region ranked second, with production totaling 3.5 trillion soums.

Output in Andijan region amounted to 1.2 trillion soums. It was followed by Namangan region, with 962.9 billion soums; Samarkand region, 910.6 billion soums; and Jizzakh region, 712.1 billion soums.

In Ferghana region, electrical equipment worth 385.1 billion soums was produced during the seven-month period, while Navoi region recorded 186.5 billion soums.

The figure stood at 23.9 billion soums in Syrdarya region and 41.7 billion soums in Khorezm region. Bukhara and Kashkadarya regions each produced electrical equipment worth 8.4 billion soums.

Output in Surkhandarya region amounted to 4.6 billion soums, while the Republic of Karakalpakstan recorded 2.7 billion soums.

Thus, the largest volumes of electrical equipment production in January–July 2026 were recorded in Tashkent city and Tashkent region.
