Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The national football team of Uzbekistan may be headed by Srečko Katanec, the Uzbekistan Football Association (UFA) is negotiating with a specialist from Slovenia.
The Association noted that the UFA and the 58-year-old specialist have reached an oral agreement. Next week Srečko Katanec will visit Uzbekistan for the final stage of negotiations.
Earlier the national team of Uzbekistan was headed by Vadim Abramov.
