Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan from January 23, 2023 № UP-13 "On introduction of amendments and additions to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan" increased lease period of state facilities from 1 year to 3 years, and in case of fulfillment of obligations - from 5 years to 6 years.

In particular, it is established that empty state facilities (except for social facilities) which are not in exploitation for more than 3 months are offered for online auction without consent of balance holders, in accordance with prescribed procedure.

At the same time, based on the online request of khokim assistants, funds from the sale of state property with an area of up to 2,000 square meters will be fully transferred to the Fund on solving the socio-economic problems of mahalla, which was separately established for each mahalla. Also, 90% of funds from the sale of state property with an area of up to 10,000 square meters will be transferred to local budgets (45% to the regional budget and 45% to the budget of the district (city) where the property is located).

At the same time, in cases of identification of empty state property or non-agricultural land plots by khokim assistants in their territory, the online request submitted through the Automated Information System "Yerelektron" is reviewed in the prescribed manner by the relevant agencies, and in case of a positive conclusion, these properties and land plots are offered for electronic online auctions.
