Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — A delegation of Uzbek farmers and entrepreneurs led by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan visited Healthy in the Arab Republic of Egypt to study modern approaches in the dairy and livestock sectors, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan said.

The focus was not only on milk production but on the entire process, from farm to table.

The delegation members learned about livestock breeding and feeding, building a productive herd, organizing the feed base and modern farm management.

Particular interest was drawn to technology for rapidly cooling milk after milking and its subsequent pasteurization. These processes play an important role in ensuring product quality and food safety.

During the visit, Uzbek farmers were presented with practical experience and recommendations on increasing milk productivity, properly organizing livestock feeding, processing milk and delivering finished products to consumers.

Following the talks, the sides discussed opportunities to implement joint projects between entrepreneurs from the two countries.
