Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — A special seminar on digitalization and improving public services is being held in Shenzhen, with employees of Uzbekistan’s Agency for Industrial Cooperation and Public Procurement taking part, the Agency for Industrial Cooperation and Public Procurement reported.

The seminar was organized by the Shenzhen Association for International Economic and Technological Cooperation.

The programme focuses on China’s experience in digitalizing public services, introducing modern technologies into public administration, and improving the efficiency and convenience of services for citizens and businesses.

As part of the training programme, participants are learning about Shenzhen’s experience in developing e-government infrastructure, automating public service delivery processes, applying digital solutions in public administration and creating electronic services for citizens and businesses.

Particular attention is being paid to the potential application of the practical solutions studied in Uzbekistan, the digital transformation of public services and expanding bilateral exchange of experience in this area.
