Uzbekistan wins World Cup 2-1 over Russia

Uzbekistan amputee national team defeated Russia to clinch World Amputee Cup on Tuesday, 20 November.

The Uzbek side scored two goals, while Russia answered with one. The victory handed over World Cup to Uzbekistan.

It is worth to note that Uzbekistan won all its eight matches with World Cup tournament, which was held in Turkey.

Host Turkey beat Brazil with the score 1-0 to win bronze medal.
