Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The volume of market services provided per capita in Uzbekistan reached 20.9 million soums in January-July 2026, marking a 14.6% increase compared with the same period in 2025, according to the National Statistics Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Tashkent city recorded the highest per capita volume of market services at 104.0 million soums. Navoi region ranked second with 17.0 million soums, followed by Tashkent region, where the figure reached 16.9 million soums.
Per capita market services amounted to 14.4 million soums in Bukhara region, 13.2 million soums in Khorezm region, 12.9 million soums in Namangan region and 12.8 million soums in Samarkand region.
In Ferghana region, the indicator reached 12.3 million soums, while the Republic of Karakalpakstan recorded 12.0 million soums and Syrdarya region 11.9 million soums.
Per capita market services stood at 11.5 million soums in Andijan region, 11.1 million soums in Jizzakh region and 10.1 million soums in Kashkadarya region.
The lowest figure among the regions was recorded in Surkhandarya region, at 8.3 million soums.
