Uzbekistan produces more than 246,090 passenger cars

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- More than 246,090 passenger cars were produced in Uzbekistan in January-October, according to data from the Statistics Agency of Uzbekistan.

In particular, in January-October, Cobalt cars were produced (an increase compared to the same period in 2022 - 10.0%), 546 -Spark (a decrease of 95.6%), 69,323 -Damas (an increase of 17.2%) and 25,432 – Onix and 65,676 – Gentra (a decrease of 9.2%).

Also, in the reporting period, 8,580 units of Chery brand cars were produced in Uzbekistan (an increase of 24.4 times).

At the same time, the enterprises produced 18,836 specialized passenger cars (an increase of 14.8%).
