Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan and PASHA Financial Holding discussed prospects for expanding cooperation in the financial sector and new areas of investment cooperation. The meeting was held on 22 September between Uzbekistan’s Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade Khurram Teshabaev and PASHA Financial Holding CEO Farid Mammadov.

During the talks, the sides discussed opportunities to develop cooperation in the banking and insurance sectors, as well as potential formats for investment cooperation.

Particular attention was paid to the development of FinTech and digital financial services. The participants also discussed promising investment projects.

Following the talks, the sides expressed interest in further developing mutually beneficial cooperation and strengthening investment and economic ties between Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan.
