Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan discussed expanding trade and economic cooperation, investment projects and the development of new logistics routes with a Polish business delegation, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan said.
The meeting was attended by Dariusz Jedlina, Chairman of the Lublin Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The Polish delegation included 14 entrepreneurs representing various sectors.
The participants discussed prospects for cooperation in 3D modeling and artificial intelligence, energy, construction, logistics, insurance, the chemical industry, real estate, nursery production and the manufacture of biologically active supplements.
One of the key issues was increasing trade between the two countries and launching new investment projects. The sides also considered opportunities to establish direct business contacts between companies.
Particular attention was paid to using Uzbekistan’s logistics potential to supply Polish products to the markets of Afghanistan and Iraq through the country.
Following the meeting, the sides agreed to continue cooperation in organizing B2B talks between entrepreneurs and implementing joint projects.
