In line with the shareholders’ decision, the company will direct 10.61 billion soums to form reserve fund of Uzbekenergo.
Uzbekenergo directed 21.22 billion soums to pay dividends with further capitalization of charter capital after their use within the investment project on reconstruction of low-voltage power transmission line.
Other part of the net income for 180.37 billion soums will be directed to development of production at enterprises and organizations of Uzbekenergo.
