Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — A Tashkent region delegation led by regional governor Zoyir Mirzayev discussed prospects for cooperation in industrial engineering and construction materials production with Sinoma International Engineering Co., Ltd. during a working visit to China, the Tashkent region administration's press service said.
The meeting took place in Beijing on the first day of the visit.
The main focus was on creating modern production capacities in the region, developing the construction materials industry, modernising enterprises technologically and introducing advanced engineering solutions.
Sinoma International Engineering implements integrated projects for the cement and mining industries on an EPC basis and produces high-technology equipment for production lines, including rotary kilns and crushers.
The company also develops projects in renewable energy, environmental protection, digital technologies and artificial intelligence-based management systems. According to data presented during the meeting, Sinoma International has implemented more than 1,000 projects in more than 70 countries.
In 2025, the company's revenue stood at US$73.27 billion, net profit at US$4.23 billion and total assets at US$91.65 billion.
After the talks, the Tashkent region delegation reviewed the company's operations, its engineering developments, production technologies, high-technology equipment and experience in implementing industrial projects.
Following the meeting, the two sides agreed to jointly study promising projects, taking into account the Tashkent region's industrial potential and investment opportunities.
Potential areas include the production of construction materials, industrial engineering, the introduction of modern technologies and the creation of new production facilities. The two sides intend to move promising initiatives to the practical implementation stage.
