Humo payment system quadruples profit in Q1 2026

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Humo payment system, operated by the National Interbank Processing Center JSC, reported a significant improvement in key financial indicators in the first quarter of 2026.

Net profit reached 205.9 billion soums, increasing by 328.9% compared to the same period in 2025.

According to published data, the company’s revenue rose from 99.2 billion soums to 308.6 billion soums, an increase of 209.4 billion soums. At the same time, the cost of services increased only slightly by 22.0 billion soums to 55.2 billion soums. As a result, gross profit rose by 284% to 253.4 billion soums.

Humo’s assets amounted to 946.2 billion soums at the end of the quarter, up 91.5% year on year. Capital nearly doubled to 831.6 billion soums, reflecting a 99.4% increase. Retained earnings rose by 162.1% to 658.6 billion soums.

Over the past 12 months, the company’s profit reached 470.4 billion soums, an increase of 164.3% compared to the previous period.

Net revenue for the quarter grew by 211.2% to 308.6 billion soums, reflecting a sharp strengthening of the company’s financial performance.

It is worth noting that in January 2025, Paynet won the privatization tender for a 100% state stake in Humo, offering the highest bid of 65 million US dollars.
