Davr-Bank to issue shares for 6bn soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Davr-Bank open joint stock commercial bank will increase its charter capital by 6 billion soums, the bank said in disclosure statement.

The bank registered emission of shares at the Center for securities market under the State Property Committee of Uzbekistan.

Within the emission, the bank will issue 600,000 ordinary shares with par value of 10,000 soums each. Total volume of emission makes up 6 billion soums. The stocks will be placed through close subscription.

The bank said that the emission of shares is directed at increasing charter capital to raise financial sustainability and strengthening investment activity.
