Butter Production in Uzbekistan Rises by 27.8% in the First Eight Months of 2025

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — In the first eight months of 2025, major enterprises in Uzbekistan produced 1,600 tons of butter, according to the National Statistics Committee.

This represents an increase of 27.8% compared to the same period in 2024.

For comparison, butter production in January–August 2023 amounted to 600 tons, and in 2024 it reached 1,300 tons.
