Bakhtiyor Saidov discusses high-level meetings with Georgian FM
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held an official meeting with the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia, Maka Bochorishvili.
The bilateral talks, which took place in a warm and productive atmosphere, focused on reviewing the current state of interstate relations and defining strategic targets to deepen the partnership between Tashkent and Tbilisi.
During the conversation, the foreign ministers prioritized the coordination of joint actions for the near future. The diplomats exchanged detailed views on the agenda of upcoming joint events and meetings planned at the highest state level. In addition, the sides conducted a detailed analysis of key vectors of interaction, highlighting the most promising economic and political areas for expanding bilateral cooperation.
Following the negotiations, Bakhtiyor Saidov and Maka Bochorishvili officially confirmed their mutual commitment and readiness for active joint work. The efforts of the foreign ministries of the two countries will be aimed at the consistent and systematic expansion of practical cooperation in all mutually beneficial areas. The implementation of these plans is intended to bring Uzbek-Georgian relations to a qualitatively new, higher level of long-term partnership.
