Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — WB Taxi has launched its service in Namangan. At the initial stage, users can order rides through the app in the central and Davlatabad districts of the city, with plans to expand the service area, the joint Wildberries & Russ company said.
The WB Taxi app is available for download on Google Play and the App Store.
“At the initial stage, users can order rides in the central and Davlatabad districts; further expansion is planned,” said Timur Aliyev, head of WB Taxi in Uzbekistan.
The service has a loyalty programme under which users receive bonus points when they pay for rides by bank card through the app. The points can later be used to pay for rides by card.
WB Taxi offers three ride categories: “Standard,” “Comfort” and “Multi.” The latter allows users to search for a vehicle across several categories simultaneously to speed up the process of finding a car.
The service also offers drivers cooperation terms that include a reduced aggregator commission for partners, regular payments and an opportunity to earn additional income provided they meet the service’s operating conditions.

Before launching in Namangan, WB Taxi was available in Tashkent, Samarkand and Bukhara.
Outside Uzbekistan, the service also operates in Belarus, in Minsk and Brest, and in Kyrgyzstan, in Bishkek, Osh and Manas.
