Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzum Market has restored its website, mobile app and seller portal following a technical disruption, allowing customers to place orders as usual, the company said.

The warehouse continues to process orders, while pickup points across Uzbekistan are operating normally. The storage period for orders at pickup points has also been extended.

The company confirmed that previously announced compensation measures for users and partners remain in effect.

Customers who were unable to collect their orders because of the disruption will receive promo codes for future purchases within a week. Sellers will be able to use logistics and storage services free of charge until the end of October.

Franchise-operated pickup points will be compensated for lost profits.

However, some service functions may still experience errors. The development team is continuing to test the updated infrastructure and address potential issues.

Uzum Market thanked users for their patience and understanding.
