Uzstroymateriali increases charter capital up to 1 trln. soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- Uzstroymateriali joint stock company (Uzbek Construction Materials) registered a prospectus of emission for 1 trillion soums.

The Center for coordination and control over securities market registered the primary emission of shares of Uzstroymateriali.

Within the emission, the company will place 1 billion ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums. Total sum of issue is 1 trillion soums.

All shares will be placed on closed subscription. In the result, the charter capital of the company will make up 1 trillion soums.

The company will receive stakes in six enterprises, as well as buildings of School No 9 in Navoi. In particular, the company will get state stakes in Qizilqumcement and Bekobodcement.
