Uzbekistan’s MFA launches E-consul system

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan launched an interactive consular service system E-consul, a press release of Jahon news agency said.

The system was introduced in order to increase efficiency and quality of rendered consular services for the citizens of Uzbekistan abroad and ensure communication with embassies, Interior Ministry and Foreign Ministry to receive information.

The users of the system can receive information on review of their applications in online regime worldwide, the release said.

The system has such categories as “Order of registration of certificate for return to Uzbekistan”, “Order of temporary consular registration”, “Order of registration (exchange) of passport”, “FAQ”, etc. The system will help the citizens of Uzbekistan receive information on consular issues.
