Uzbekistan’s industrial output makes up 4.619 trln soums in 1Q

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Industrial output of Uzbekistan grew by 9.9% year-on-year in January-March 2009 to 4.619 trillion soums.

Production of consumer goods in the country increased by 12.5% year-on-year to 1.853 trillion soums in the reporting period.

Out of them, 819.3 billion soums (up 9.7% year-on-year) were food products and 1.033 trillion soums (up 14.8%) were non-food products.
