Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) – Deputy Minister of Transport of Uzbekistan Jashurbek Choriev met with the Acting Special Coordinator of the U.S. Partnership for Global Infrastructure and Investments, Helaina Matza.
During the meeting, the implementation of projects aimed at developing transport and logistics infrastructure and attracting private financing to these processes was discussed.
In particular, the parties exchanged views on the financing of infrastructure projects aimed at developing the Trans-Caspian Transport Corridor, enhancing multimodal logistics centers, and establishing Class A warehouses in various regions of our country, as well as increasing the capacity of certain railway stations.
