Uzbekistan Shampani to emit shares for 410.943m soums

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan Shampani open joint stock company registered new emission of shares for 410.943 million soums with the Center for securities market.

The company said it will issue 410,943 ordinary shares with par value of 1,000 soums each.

The enterprise said that the shares will be placed among people, who have priority rights.

Uzbekiston Shampani operates in Tashkent. It primarily produces sparkling wines and other carbonated alcoholic beverages.
