Universal Bank to Issue Foreign Currency Bonds in Sandbox

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — JSCB Universal Bank and LLC Birinchi Banklararo Depozitariy have been registered as participants in the "Regulatory Sandbox" special legal regime in the capital market sector, according to participant registration information.

Under the special legal regime, JSCB Universal Bank plans to issue bonds denominated in foreign currency.

LLC Birinchi Banklararo Depozitariy will act as the investment intermediary for the issuance and placement of these bonds.

Registration in the "Regulatory Sandbox" will enable the participants to execute these operations within the framework of the special legal regime in the capital market sector.
