Uzbekistan sets rules for vocational school management certificates
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan has established procedures for management training and the issuance of management certificates to directors and deputy directors of vocational education institutions.
The relevant regulation was approved by Resolution No. 451 of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 20 August 2026, according to the document.
Under the regulation, directors and deputy directors working at technical colleges will receive management certificates in accordance with established requirements.
To participate in management courses, institution heads must register through a designated portal and submit an application for training.
Those who successfully complete the management training course will receive a state-standard management certificate in electronic form. The document will be certified with an electronic digital signature and contain a QR code.
A separate procedure applies to directors and deputy directors who hold an academic degree or academic title. In such cases, the certificate will be issued directly on the basis of an application and will be valid for three years.
Participants who successfully pass the final assessment will receive their certificates within one week of the results being announced. The document will be issued on the basis of an order from the head of the educational institution.
