Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — To prevent situations in which Uzbek citizens traveling to Middle Eastern countries for tourism may face difficulties, the Tourism Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan has launched a dedicated Telegram bot: @tourism_murojaat_bot.
Through this bot, citizens of Uzbekistan abroad can promptly submit information about any problems they encounter, providing their own details or sharing information via close relatives.
Based on the submissions received, the Tourism Committee will take priority measures to assist in the safe return of Uzbek citizens to their homeland.
Users are advised to provide accurate and complete information when submitting through the bot, which will allow authorities to quickly review requests and take the necessary actions.
