Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The annual international exhibition “Zhejiang Wenzhou International Import Expo (WIIE-2019)” was held in the Chinese city of Wenzhou, Zhejiang, Dunyo news agency reported.
The event was attended by Brazil, India, Iran, Cambodia, Malaysia, New Zealand, the Republic of Korea, Russia, Pakistan and other countries. They showed silk and wool carpets, food, cosmetic products, jewelry and other products.
With the assistance of the Consulate General of the Republic of Uzbekistan in Shanghai, the national stand of Uzbekistan was presented by the company Best Tastes Technology LLC under the Uzkand brand, which exhibited its own production, in particular various types of dried fruits, preserves and canned products of their own production.
The event also included negotiations in the B2B format with representatives of foreign companies, during which the prospects for further cooperation on the import of Uzbek products into world markets were discussed.
