Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan’s industrial production reached 795.4 trillion soums in January–July 2026, increasing by 7.9% compared with the same period last year, the National Statistics Committee said.
Navoi region recorded the largest volume of industrial output during the seven-month period, at 182.7 trillion soums. Tashkent ranked second with 135.4 trillion soums, followed by Tashkent region with 124.8 trillion soums.
The top five also included Andijan region, with 64.6 trillion soums, and Samarkand region, with 43.4 trillion soums.
They were followed by Ferghana region, with 39.2 trillion soums; Kashkadarya region, 33.8 trillion soums; Bukhara region, 32.4 trillion soums; Namangan region, 28.3 trillion soums; and Jizzakh region, 26 trillion soums.
Industrial production in Khorezm region amounted to 23.4 trillion soums, while the Republic of Karakalpakstan recorded 19.7 trillion soums, Syrdarya region 17.9 trillion soums and Surkhandarya region 15.1 trillion soums.
