Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan won two medals in the individual events at a Sabre Fencing World Cup stage for cadets under 17 and juniors under 20, currently being held in Tashkent.
Alpamis Orakbayev won the gold medal in the junior category, while Muhammadali Tursinboev reached the final in the cadet competition to claim silver.
Following the conclusion of the individual events, competitors will continue their campaigns in the team competitions, where further medals will be at stake.
