Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- On 13 October 2021, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Furkat Sidikov met with a member of the governing headquarters of the Indian National Defense College, Major General H. Pillai.
As it was emphasized, in recent years, relations between Uzbekistan and India have noticeably intensified. Fruitful high-level meetings have taken place, contacts between business circles have become intensive and effective, exchanges are developing in the military and military-technical fields, as well as in the cultural and humanitarian sphere.
H. Pillai highly appreciated the large-scale reforms carried out in Uzbekistan in recent years to modernize all spheres of the country's life.
The current state and prospects of cooperation between military educational institutions of the two countries are considered.
