Uzbek FM receives SCO Secretary-General

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov held negotiations with the Secretary-General of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) Dmitry Mezentsev on 27 March 2015, the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan said.

The SCO Secretary-General Dmitry Mezentsev arrived in Uzbekistan as a head of the SCO observation mission to observe presidential elections, scheduled to 29 March 2015.

During the meeting, the sides exchanged opinion on issues of further developing cooperation and discussed preparations to upcoming events of the SCO.
