Uzbek FM receives new Indonesian envoy

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Abdulaziz Kamilov received a newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Indonesia Anak Agung Gde Alit Santhika on 6 January 2014.

According to the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Ambassador handed over copies of credentials.

At the meeting, the sides exchanged opinion on actual issues of the Uzbek-Indonesian cooperation and perspectives of further development of bilateral relations.

The sides affirmed mutual interest in boosting relations at intergovernmental level and within direct contacts of business circles, culture and art workers, training cadres and tourism.
