Shatskikh hands win to Dynamo UEFA Champions League

 
Dynamo Kiev set themselves up for a comfortable second leg in the Ukraine after a fairly convincing win over FK Sarajevo in UEFA Champions League qualifiers.

The Bosnians sank courtesy of a 12th minute goal from star Uzbekistani forward Maksim Shatskikh, who has served the Ukrainian champions for eight years so far.

The Tashkent-born striker netted three times in this summer’s Asian Cup and will hope now to show his skills to a Champions League group stage audience once more, provided the tie in the Ukraine capital goes to plan.
