The program is organized by the NGO Tech4Impact in partnership with the Agency for Innovative Development of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Yandex Go online service. Traffic is growing, but SMS are not losing ground: Beeline Uzbekistan counted customer activity on New Year’s Eve. So, on New Year’s Eve, residents of Uzbekistan actively exchanged SMS. In the operator’s network on the night of 31 December to 1 January, 22.8 million messages were sent, which is only 14% less than a year ago.
