Uzbek representative completes IAEA leadership program
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — A representative from Uzbekistan has completed the international leadership program "inVisible Power Leadership Camp" following a certificate ceremony for graduates held in Moscow.
In 2026, the project was implemented for the first time in official partnership with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA). The initiative was organized by the Rosatom Corporate Academy.
The intensive training program took place from 25 June 2026 to 2 July 2026 in Obninsk and Moscow. It brought together 18 young specialists from the nuclear energy sector and related high-tech industries representing 11 countries, including Bangladesh, China, Colombia, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, South Africa, Tanzania, Türkiye, and Uzbekistan.
The main educational sessions were hosted by the Obninsk Institute of Nuclear Power Engineering and the Rosatom Corporate Academy. The curriculum comprised expert lectures, practical seminars, and meetings with representatives from the IAEA, Rosatom, and partner organizations. Participants also visited the museum of the World's First Nuclear Power Plant and the "Atom" museum.
Following the training, each participant prepared an individual strategy for their professional development.
Yulia Uzhakina, Director General of the Rosatom Corporate Academy, stated that the program enabled participants to acquire new knowledge, expand their professional networks, and take a significant step forward in shaping their career paths.
Nada Adel Salah Attia, a participant from the Nuclear Power Plants Authority of Egypt, noted that the training provided a valuable professional and personal experience. She added that it allowed participants to gain new knowledge and develop leadership skills by exchanging experiences with colleagues from various countries.
