Centrum Holding Plans Early 2027 IPO Valued at $2 Billion
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Logistics conglomerate Centrum Holding plans to execute an initial public offering (IPO) in the first quarter of 2027, founder and Chief Executive Officer Abdulaziz Abdurakhmanov announced in an interview with the O'zbekiston 24 television channel.
Abdurakhmanov stated that the exact timing of the public listing will depend on the company's full-year 2026 financial results. Centrum Holding previously disclosed plans to enter public markets within one to two years, identifying the London Stock Exchange as its primary prospective listing venue.
In February, U.S. investment firm Oppenheimer and Citibank signed an agreement to advise Centrum Holding on its IPO process. Oppenheimer representatives previously estimated the company's potential market capitalization at approximately US$2 billion, targeting to raise about US$600 million by floating a 30% stake.
Centrum Holding was established in 2019 as an air cargo operator. The group currently encompasses cargo airline My Freighter, passenger carrier Centrum Air, a tourism business, logistics hubs, a railway fleet, cargo terminals, and port infrastructure. Centrum Air secured its operating certificate in 2023.
The group operates a combined fleet of nearly 30 aircraft, split roughly equally between cargo and passenger planes. Centrum Holding intends to expand its fleet to 40 aircraft by the end of 2026, 65 in 2027, and 100 by the end of 2029, with contracts already signed for more than 50 aircraft.
Abdurakhmanov said Centrum Holding has become the leading cargo airline in Central Asia, noting no other freight carrier in the region operates 10 or more aircraft. The company expects to increase group exports to US$1 billion by the end of 2026 across its air and ground logistics operations.
In 2025, Centrum Holding reported US$1 billion in total revenue and employed approximately 5,000 staff members.
