Sardor Kariev appointed as director of Pharmaceutical industry development agency

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The Government of Uzbekistan has appointed a new director of the Agency for Development of Pharmaceutical Industry.

Sardor Kariev was appointed as Director of the Agency for Development of Pharmaceutical Industry.

Prior to that, he headed the Jurabek Laboratories JV, which specializes in the manufacture of medical drugs.

The Agency for Development of Pharmaceutical Industry under the Ministry of Health was established in November 2017 on the basis of the liquidated Uzpharmsanoat concern.
