Russian FM received Uzbek ambassador

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- On 2 February, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov received the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the Russian Federation Ilhom Nematov on the occasion of the completion of his diplomatic mission in Moscow. The sides discussed the state of and prospects for Russian-Uzbek relations, including in the context of preparations for the SCO summit scheduled in Tashkent for 10-11 June 2010 and a number of issues of mutual interest.
