Nigmatilla Yuldoshev was reappointed to the post of Prosecutor General of Uzbekistan for a second term

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) -- The Senate of the Oliy Majlis approved the appointment of Nigmatulla Yuldoshev to the post of Prosecutor General of Uzbekistan.

According to Articles 95 and 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan as amended, a candidacy for the position of Prosecutor General of the Republic of Uzbekistan is presented by the President and considered by senators at a plenary session of the Senate.

At the 53rd plenary meeting of the Senate, the candidacy of Nigmatulla Yuldoshev for a new term was considered. Senators approved his candidacy for the post of Prosecutor General of Uzbekistan.
