Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Since January 2025, the Ural Interregional Office of Rosselkhoznadzor has approved the export of 126.3 tons of canned meat from Russia’s Kurgan Region to Uzbekistan. The shipment includes both chunk-style products and pâtés.

The latest deliveries took place on 19 December 2025, with 10 consignments totaling 12.5 tons dispatched.

Before shipment, all products underwent mandatory laboratory testing at the Chelyabinsk branch of FSBI “VNIIZh”. The examination confirmed the products’ high quality, safety, and full compliance with international standards.

The Ural Office of Rosselkhoznadzor noted that no non-compliance issues were found during inspections, and all products were successfully cleared for export.

The export of canned meat strengthens trade and economic cooperation between Russia and Uzbekistan and meets the growing demand for high-quality food products in the country.
