Korea’s BOMI Engineering Plans Projects in Ferghana

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — South Korea’s BOMI Engineering Construction is planning new development projects in Uzbekistan’s Ferghana region.

The Khokim of the Ferghana region, Khayrullo Bozorov, held a meeting with the company’s director, Kang Changhoon, to discuss prospects for cooperation in the construction sector and the implementation of investment projects.

During the talks, the company representative outlined plans to build modern large-scale complexes in Ferghana designed in a Korean architectural style. He also expressed interest in participating in joint mutually beneficial projects across the region.

The regional governor noted that cooperation between Uzbekistan and the Republic of Korea is entering a new stage of development and confirmed readiness to provide comprehensive support for the company’s initiatives.

Following the meeting, both sides agreed to move toward practical implementation of the projects and accelerate preparatory work.
