Islam Karimov appoints governor of Khorezm region

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov signed a decree on 9 October 2012 to appoint a governor of Khorezm region.

According to the presidential decree, Pulat Bobojonov has been appointed to the post of the governor of Khorezm region.

As reported earlier, Pulat Bobojonov has been working as acting governor of Khorezm region since 24 January 2012.
