Hamkorbank and HBCAPITAL Join Uzbekistan's Regulatory Sandbox

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.uz) — Uzbekistan's National Agency of Perspective Projects (NAPP) has admitted Hamkorbank and HBCAPITAL LLC to the Regulatory Sandbox, a special legal framework for testing innovations in the capital market.

As part of the pilot regime, Hamkorbank plans to issue foreign currency-denominated bonds.

HBCAPITAL will act as the investment intermediary responsible for the issuance and placement of the securities.

According to NAPP, the project will be implemented under the Regulatory Sandbox mechanism, which allows financial institutions to test new financial products and services within a dedicated regulatory framework before broader market implementation.
